Recentemente, no tribunal de bruxelas no tribunal europeu, foi votado contra a abertura da indentificação civil para os portadores de arquivos que violam direitos autorais. Isso quer dizer que as empreasas não conseguiram através do tribunal, a identidade daqueles que usam os arquivos para posterior ação de indenização.
